Find a supplier that fits your brief.
IFC coordinates China-side sourcing for Indian importers, homeowners, architects and business buyers.
Define what you are buying
Share intended use, dimensions, materials, drawings, quantity, target budget and destination. A precise specification makes supplier comparisons more useful than comparing headline prices.
Compare suitable supply options
Ask whether a supplier manufactures the product, trades it or subcontracts production. Review samples, business details, minimum order quantities, production schedules and written payment terms.
Agree the quality standard
Set the checks you require: dimensions, finish, function, packing, labels or agreed sampling. Inspection scope should be confirmed before production or dispatch. An inspection is not a substitute for product certification.
Consolidate multiple suppliers
Share supplier addresses and readiness dates. Consolidation planning should cover warehouse receiving, carton counts, packing protection, storage arrangements and shipment documentation.
Prepare for import suitability
Confirm the exact model, intended use and importer requirements with a qualified reviewer before ordering. Requirements vary by product and can change; obtain a product-specific review rather than assuming every item is importable.
